Melissa Miller is the Chair of Music Education at Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ University.  Melissa holds a Master of Music degree in Music Education and Orff Levels I & II training from Illinois State University and Kodaly Certification through Indiana University.  Melissa has experience teaching music at all grade levels including pre-K and collegiate courses in various settings and has presented on many topics related to general music, early childhood music education, adolescent singers, and learning communities.  Melissa has previously conducted several ILMEA district choral ensembles, specializing in adolescent and children's voices.  Melissa was honored to serve as the Conductor of the first Elementary Girls Honors Choir in 2016, at the annual Illinois Music Education Conference in Peoria, IL.
