Anne-Marie Proske Berk '88 is Director of Grants at Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ University. Anne-Marie re-joined the Alumni and Development team in June 2022. After holding various development and grant development roles at Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ from 1989 through 2012, Anne-Marie spent nearly 10 years directing the grant operations at Knox College (IL) and Albion College (MI) and co--directing the grant operation at Earlham College (IN) before returning home to serve her Alma Mater.
Anne-Marie is a seasoned grant professional serving small private institutions of higher education. She is responsible for engaging private and public grantors--from private foundations to federal agencies to a variety of organizations--in support of Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's students, programs and mission. This includes directing institutional grant strategy, developing and maintaining relationships with historic and new grantors, writing grants on behalf of the institution, and assisting faculty, staff and leadership to secure competitive grants.
Anne-Marie and her husband, Terry, live in Bloomington. They have two adult children and a daughter-in-law: Alexander "Alex" and Kate Berk of Cleveland, Ohio, and Kara Berk of Columbus, Ohio.
